Raven Tree Works
Original elegant art nouveau style entrance doors encase wavy amber glass and open to period Pimpernel wallpaper engraved on wood hand painted.
William Morris created the original design of tulips and pimpernel in 1876 and used it himself when decorating his dining room at Kelmscott House.
It was believed that holding scarlet pimpernel in the hand would confer the gift of second sight, and that the plant could give protection from enchantment and spells.
