We want you to absolutely love your purchase.
If we authorize your return, your item must be received in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It's your responsibility to ensure that the package is shipped with the proper protection for breakage or loss.
Items sent back to us without authorization for return will not be refunded or replaced.
Hand Made Disclaimer
All of our products are individually hand-made and not factory manufactured. Each item is a one-of-a-kind creation. While we use the same kind of materials to produce each particular piece we display, there will always be some variation from one piece to another that is caused by the variations in the materials we use, the finish applied, and the hand that goes into their crafting.
The images, descriptions and measurements we provide are chosen to best portray the products we make, and although we do our best to provide a fair and honest representation of each product, we must advise that due to the nature of hand crafting, the information may not be 100% accurate.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, special orders, personalized or made-to-order items can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
