Shipping Information FAQs

How will you ship my item?

  • Standard shipping is via the United States Postal Service.
  • Please contact us for other options. 

 How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We ship non-customized orders (those that do not include customization) within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) -  we try to ship as quickly as possible.
  • Customized orders take 5-7 business (unless otherwise specified) to do the work, and then are processed and shipped.

How will I know the status of my order?

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation.
  • You will receive an email when a customized order is ready to ship. We take the time to make quality items, because we want you to love your purchase!
  • Please note that customized orders take 5-7 business unless otherwise specified.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@raventreeworks.com.  We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • When your order ships you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

What happens if I do not receive my order, or it arrives damaged?

  • Tracking information will be provided with each shipment
  • If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@raventreeworks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • If an item is lost during shipping, we will work with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve the situation. 
  • If an item is damaged during shipping or stolen after delivery, we cannot not be held responsible, but please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
  • Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 
  • If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order with the correct address.

How are shipping costs calculated?

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight and method of shipping.
  • We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50.00 with a few exceptions which are noted in the product description.
