Marriage Art Doors

These Doors represent the transition from the single life to becoming a married couple. The green and gold paneled doors open to reveal a Celtic knot entwining hearts and the star of David inlayed into the wood. The two hearts are woven into a carved love knot, a symbol of a Jewish marriage.  The love knot is ringed in gold bands, and holds triangles of blue and green glass, “As this glass shatters, so may our marriage never break.”  Leather bands might hold a cherished Ketubah, vows or special remembrance
